Any AIR member in good standing can apply to work with a mentor for one-on-one support of four hours. AIR staff will guide and “match” an accepted mentee with a mentor that best suits their goals for the mentorship.

AIR members will receive a 20% off coupon to book four sessions with their mentor on Audio School. If they are matched with a mentor that is not on Audio School they will pay a fee of $500 to AIR directly, which will go to the mentor. Limited scholarships are available for those in need of support in order to access this benefit. AIR’s Mentorship program benefits both emerging producers still developing as well as veteran producers seeking to refine and enhance their repertoire of tools.
