Chris Boniello
Chris Boniello is an Emmy-, Webby-, and Signal Award-winning podcast producer and video editor with over 14 years of production experience leading commercial video campaigns, TV series, and narrative audio. He’s previously overseen productions for high-profile clients including Nike, Coca-Cola, Mercedes-Benz, VICE, Comedy Central, Paramount, Spotify, and ESPN. After spending a brief time in the film unit at NBC’s Saturday Night Live, Boniello jumped into the podcasting industry as a sound editor, mixer, and producer for such shows as Spotify’s The Best Advice Podcast, History Channel’s History This Week and Sports History This Week, Lifetime’s I Love A Lifetime Movie, and Realm.fm’s ReMade. As Vice President of Production Services at The Podglomerate (the acclaimed podcast services specialized firm in production, marketing, and monetization of outstanding audio content), Chris has overseen multiple audio and video podcast productions including the Webby- and Signal Award-nominated series Missing Pages, Harvard Business School’s Climate Rising, Tricycle: The Buddhist Review’s Tricycle Talks and Life As It Is, The Progress Network’s What Could Go Right, and Evoke Media’s A Fine Mess.

Hayley Rose Danick is a Creator Growth Strategist who specializes in helping video creators and brands maximize their presence on YouTube. Beyond individual creators, Hayley works with thought leaders and businesses to grow their brand visibility and audience engagement through video, partnering with clients such as Dr. Gabrielle Lyon and Jay Shetty Certification School to scale their YouTube strategies. Prior to founding The Upload Club, Hayley spent 12 years at Google and YouTube, where she was a top Creator Partner Manager and Acquisitions Specialist for short-form video creators and podcasts. She played a key role in onboarding high-profile talent to YouTube and helping them expand their reach. Her past roles include Founding Team Member at Rodeo and Area 120 and Go-To-Market Product Strategist for Emerging Products and Platforms at YouTube. In addition to running The Upload Club, Hayley serves as a Product Strategy Consultant for Alpha Studio, Offline Ventures’ incubator for early-stage companies. She holds a degree from USC’s Marshall School of Business, where she graduated with honors.
