I can't make the mandatory information session? Will it be recorded?
Yes, the information session will be recorded. Please RSVP even if you can't attend so that you can find out when it's posted live to this page.
What does historically marginalized mean?
We want to work with people who represent groups that are not typically represented in the public media and podcasting. This could be based on a candidate’s race, gender, and class background and/or vision. The committee who reads the New Voices applications is mindful to select candidates with different abilities, experiences and who come from underrepresented communities and geographic locations. Our goal is to find candidates who will bring an inclusive and dynamic mix to the cohort, New Voices alumni network, and to the industry in general.
Where is the application?
You will need to complete and submit application using a platform called Submittable. The application link will go live Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023.
