Mia has worked with the world’s best writers, journalists, and intellectuals to help them achieve their vision in sound. She’s now interested in helping independent producers and companies build and grow teams, set up sustainable production processes, and create impactful, entertaining, and memorable content

Mia can provide newcomers to audio with a big-picture introduction to the podcast industry, plus offer advice on all aspects of podcast production including booking, interviewing, editing, mixing, and scoring. She can provide people at all levels of their careers with constructive feedback on pitches, stories/episodes/shows, or loose creative ideas

She can also advise on executive-level problem solving including managing relationships with hosts, moving production roadblocks, and providing (sometimes difficult) feedback to individuals and teams.
It's wonderful to work with an executive who believes so strongly in centering women's voices in creative work.

Patrick Jones - Course author
Mia has taught me innumerable skills in terms of the nuts and bolts of producing, but also about how I hold myself in the workplace - to speak up, to share what I know, and to hold true to my values.
- Eloise Lynton (A24)
Mia believed in me and backed me up during a uniquely challenging time... she made me feel supported and seen. She also reminded me not to take things too, too seriously -- her big smile and playfulness was so appreciated.
