REAPER is a powerful digital audio workstation that can be overwhelming to get started in. But it’s a software that rewards those who put the time in to learn its functionality. This workshop will accelerate you through learning the basics of the software and introducing you to the range of features you could master for your workflow.
REAPER Curious is a hands-on workshop that guides participants through the creation of a new audio project in REAPER. You will receive sound files to create a project and instruction on how to record your own tracks and how to edit, mix and master your project. 

Participants will leave this class oriented to a new software and ready to start creating their own projects.

Ayesha Lye

Ayesha Lye is a journalist, sound artist and filmmaker. They have a deep love for sound as a catalyst for ideas, art and community formation.

For many years, they worked as a radio journalist and writer. They’re the co-founder of Peterborough Currents and Peterborough Independent Podcasters. Now, they are pursuing film and television – learning as an apprentice to do film sound and working on their own scripts for independent production.
