Meet the Instructor

Suzanne Levy

Suzanne Levy (she/her) started her career at the BBC in the UK, where over the years she was a radio and TV producer, working in features and documentaries, in London and New York. In the US she was a showrunner for shows for the History Channel and the Weather Channel. More recently she’s focused solely on radio, and has worked on Weekend All Things Considered, Marketplace, and now LAist (NPR affiliate in LA) where she is a senior editor. She sees the job of an editor as “polishing diamonds”, a creative collaboration with reporters and producers, and thinks there’s no higher praise than the words “Suzanne always makes my work better”
